Celestino has been a licensed facilitator for the NM DWI Program for 5 years. He is also certified for Train-the-Trainer for harm reduction and overdose prevention.  Celestino serves on the Board of the Community Wellness Council in Valencia County as Vice President and is Executive Director at a nonprofit in Valencia County. As housing, food and transportation chair for the 100% Valencia Initiative Action Teams, he dedicates his time to helping New Mexicans gain access to basic needs and oversees several programs that help to improve mental health, physical health and food access.
